Return & Refund Policy

Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for return
Items must be unused, in original packaging (including tags, boxes, and protective materials), and the return must be due to a quality issue (manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damage upon arrival). The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: clearance items marked as final sale, gift cards, items that show wear or have been used, and items missing original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping
We pay the full cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. No restocking fees.

Where to send returns
Return address: 277 Bronx River Rd, 6 D, Yonkers, NY 10704, United States. Please include your order number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; return shipping is still fully covered by us.

How to start a return
Contact us at info@aeshop.sbs or call +1 (914) 562-6229 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the item securely with your order number and RMA number. Ship to the address above. We will provide a return shipping label on request. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund timing
Processing: within 1–2 business days after we receive and verify the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Arrival: please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Wrong or defective items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
